Our inspiration for this mission is what many consider to be God’s word, the bible, and a general belief in the importance of compassion.
- Biblically, God is very much in support of helping those who suffer.
- God supports being compassionate to those who are hurting. So we should act as God’s hands and feet for those in need to the best of our ability.
- God encourages us to help people who can’t help us back. As a result we learn to be truly selfless and understanding.
- The bible is an excellent guide in refining our character and teaching us how to better the world around us.
Learning more about the heart of God allows us to serve with pure intentions. It also helps us make as significant of an impact on the people around us as possible. Whether or not you identify as a Christian, or as a humanist in support of other people… you may find these verses inspiring.

Acts 20:35
